To Follow the Heart

Günes Kale

Spirituality und Healing have been important to me from early age on. Experiences of being One with Source, dreams, medial experiences and intuitive wisdom as well as early experiences in intuitive healing started me on my search and research. Following resistance and the accompaning crises I found - or I was found - I really don't know.

A Child of two cultural backgrounds I at first studied languages, lived in Paris, worked for two years in a bank, studied economics and finished with a university masters degree. On my path of follwoing an external career I then proceeded on to two years of journalism school in Hamburg and worked as a journalist. Writing was one of my talents, and it was fun doing it. I worked for the german press agency, well known daily newspapers, as ghostwriter and translator.

Short and sweet: I tried to live a normal life - whatever that means. But inside of me in a secret chamber of my heart back then questions continuously arose in me which to me were all important. Eternal questions like: Who are we? Where did we come from? Where are we going to? What does it mean to be a human being? How can we live our full potential? Or: How can we awaken into it - I would say now.

On top of that medial experiences were shaking me through in my twenties. They disturbed my life and were frightening to me at first as at that time I had no real conscious clou how to deal with it in our modern world. So I tried to suppress those experiences - they seemed to be incompatible with my mind.

Awaken into Love

And spirit world has got perseverance when she calls! So I was graced with more and more experiences until I really started diving deep and looking for answers. Spiritually guided journeys led me to many people and many places. This search finally led me to my self.

External spiritual journeys led me to Egypt, Bali, Israel and in the year 1999 eventually to Hawai'i. The 1st of January 2000 I set foot on the sacred grounds of the hawaiian island Kauai for the first time. I returned and lived for some time on this old island which many people call garden island and some healing island. There I had vital experiences in spiritual and healing realms. In a peak experience that lasted several weeks Kundalini energy - as it is called in the traditions of India - shot through me and transformed me deeply. I lived through experiences which led me into the Oneness of all existence and experienced bliss and ecstacy beyond words.

Internal Journeys showed me many more places, sacred teachers and teachings and it seems to me that when we allow consciousness to have us grace is pouring through us. I was and am in awe about all that which is being shown and flowing through. If we allow consciousness to live through us then life becomes a joyful cosmic dance - even when we cry.

All of this eventually led to the decision to open up a healing practice and - I might also say - a practice for spiritual growth and awareness. Since 2002 I am back in Germany working in my sacred space in Blankenese, a beautiful quarter of Hamburg.

Wonderful Companions

Many people and beings have lovingly accompanied, guided and supported me on my path. My heart is deeply grateful for their being in my life. I have learned and still learn from any beingness in my life as the journey continues into the infinity of existence. There have of course also been difficult teachings and challenging people in my life for which and whom I am by now deeply grateful. Hidden in those experiences is a shiny treasure which once uncovered radiates in pure shimmering beauty. Those lessons have acted as katalyst in my development and have allowed me to learn profoundly. And sometimes they still do.

And I wish to thank my parents: They gave me the greatest gift that a human being ever may get from another - they gave me life! Without my parents and ancestors I would not be here in this special unique physical form - on top of that they gave me so many more beautiful presents. Qualities as strong emotions, sensitivity, love to nature and existence, a good mind, perseverance, learning skills and many many more. Thank you! Tessekkür ederim!
