Sometimes I am high
Sometimes I am low
beneath and in it all
is love

Sometimes I am up
Sometimes I am down
beneath and in it all
is love

Sometimes I soar with
the spirits so high
beneath and in it all
is love

Sometimes I plunge in
the depths of the sea
beneath and in it all
is love

I ride the waves
in the rhythm of life
beneath and in it all
is nothing else
but love
